1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the KAIRO platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Platform Description
KAIRO is an AI-powered integrative wellness technology platform operated by FFP Group ("KAIRO," "we," "us," or "our"). The platform provides tools for:
- Processing and visualizing bioresonance scan data across multiple analytical paradigms
- Generating AI-assisted wellness analyses and pattern identification
- Delivering frequency-based wellness protocols
- Mapping energy systems (chakra, meridian, five element) from scan inputs
- Providing herbal and nutritional wellness suggestions
- Managing patient wellness records and longitudinal tracking
The platform is a clinical decision-support and wellness visualization tool designed to assist qualified practitioners. It does not independently diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
3.1 Practitioner Accounts
Practitioner accounts are available to licensed, certified, or credentialed holistic health practitioners, including but not limited to naturopathic doctors, acupuncturists, functional medicine practitioners, chiropractors, and other qualified wellness professionals. By creating a practitioner account, you represent that you hold valid credentials to practice in your jurisdiction.
3.2 Patient Accounts
Patient accounts are created through a referring practitioner. Patients must be at least 18 years of age. For patients under 18, a parent or legal guardian must consent to account creation and data processing.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@kairoquantum.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Practitioner Obligations
As a practitioner using KAIRO, you agree to:
- Exercise professional judgment, KAIRO's analyses are decision-support tools, not directives. You are solely responsible for clinical decisions and patient care.
- Obtain informed consent, you must obtain appropriate informed consent from patients before entering their data into the platform, including consent for AI-assisted analysis
- Comply with applicable laws, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and professional standards in your jurisdiction
- Protect patient data, you agree to handle patient data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including HIPAA where applicable
- Use data accurately, you are responsible for the accuracy of patient data you enter into the platform
5. Patient Terms
As a patient using KAIRO, you understand and agree that:
- The platform provides wellness visualization and educational information, not medical diagnoses
- All results should be discussed with your referring practitioner
- You should not make medical decisions based solely on KAIRO outputs
- Frequency protocols are wellness tools and are not FDA-approved treatments
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy
6. Wellness Disclaimer
KAIRO is a wellness and educational platform. It is not a medical device and has not been evaluated or approved by the FDA. The platform does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. All analyses, frequency protocols, herbal suggestions, and other outputs are intended for educational and wellness purposes only.
AI-generated analyses reflect pattern recognition across multiple wellness paradigms (Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Western functional wellness, bioelectric analysis, and five element theory). These paradigms represent traditional and complementary wellness frameworks and should not be interpreted as medical diagnoses or protocols.
The confidence scores and pattern identification provided by the platform are statistical indicators derived from historical scan data. They are not clinical diagnostic measures and should not replace professional medical evaluation.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 KAIRO Intellectual Property
The KAIRO platform, including its software, algorithms, knowledge graph, AI models, user interface, documentation, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by FFP Group and protected by patent (Patent Pending), copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of any part of the platform.
7.2 Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the platform. By using the Service, you grant KAIRO a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service and, in de-identified and aggregated form, to improve the platform's analytical capabilities.
7.3 Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the platform, you grant KAIRO an unrestricted, perpetual, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that feedback into the platform.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
- Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform through automated means
- Share account credentials with unauthorized individuals
- Misrepresent KAIRO's outputs as FDA-approved medical diagnoses or treatments
- Use the platform to market or sell KAIRO's analyses as your own proprietary service without authorization
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
9. Data & Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your data. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Availability & Support
We strive to maintain high availability of the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
- KAIRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
- KAIRO'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
- KAIRO IS NOT LIABLE FOR CLINICAL DECISIONS MADE BY PRACTITIONERS USING THE PLATFORM. PRACTITIONERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PATIENT CARE.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KAIRO, FFP Group, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any clinical decisions you make using information from the platform.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate the use of the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data retention and deletion follow the schedule described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ventura County, California.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and notify you via email or in-application notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
